Today marks the first day of the Boston University class and it's already killing me, not so much because the contents, but the hours. 6 hours of solid lectures and lab work per day, every single weekday from 3rd to 29th September ON TOP of my own research at MIT. It's like taking two full time jobs. FML.
As I was dragging my weary self home, I looked upon the cloudless sky and saw a perfect silvery full moon. I thought of the song Bella Luna. It certainly looked like my very own supernatural nightlight.
I then realized everyone of us, no matter where we are, is looking at the same moon, including those who came generations before us. I suddenly felt very small. And my "problems" seem laughable in the grand scheme of things. I felt my worries gradually lifted. I smiled a smile, the kind which started from the bottom of my heart. It felt GREAT.
